THE SIMPLE RULES - our 6 week diet

Firstly, don't panic! No one needs to know what you weigh now or what you weigh at the end of the diet.  You count the calories and we count the pounds you lose 

There is no set diet - you know best what works for you and what doesnt!  In addition to watching what you eat please make sure you walk at least 3,000 steps a day/every day

  • The diet starts on Tuesday 26th May
  • Let us know, before or on Tuesday 26th if you are joining the diet.   Whatsapp or text Sarah Wickham on 07855 038038 with your name and the amount of lbs you hope to lose over 6 weeks
  • Weigh in every Tuesday - (if you do not send your results in on Tuesday you will not be eligible for that week's special weight loss award)
  • Round DOWN any weight loss to the nearest 1/2 lb
  • Every week we will have a star dieter - the person who has lost the most weight over 7 days
  • In the (quite likely) event of a weekly weight loss tie, the star dieter will be the personwho has reported their weight loss most promptly - so dont delay with your results!
  • At the end of the 6 weeks we will have a champion dieter - the person who has lost the most weight in total (regardless of their original target) 
  • At the end of the diet we will tot up the TOTAL amount of lbs we have lost between all of us.  Every single lb you lose will help 
  • THE WINNING DIETER CAN SHOW OFF THEIR NEW FIGURE on THE NEXT COVER OF OUR MAGAZINE!!
